To obtain a new ND Private General Applicator and/or Commodity and Structural Fumigation Certification, you must pay $30 each, on-line through North Dakota State University's MarketPlace. Once you have paid, you will be sent, within 24 hours, an e-mail with enrollment instructions. If you successfully pass your exam, your local NDSU County Extension Office will update you in our database and issue you a certifcate.
